Who is L.R. Mbah a Moute?

Sam Smith at the Sporting News describes the Bucks second round pick:

"The team's second round pick, UCLA's Luc Richard Mbah a Moute is, in the best description I've ever heard from a scout, 'Ron Artest without the crazy.'"
