What if the San Antonio Spurs had kept all of their draft picks?

The Spurs have been one of the most dominating teams in the NBA over the past five years and one of the reasons for that is the draft. But it's only one of the reasons. While they have added their cornerstones this way (Duncan, Ginobili and Parker), with only eight players on the roster, they better hope to get a lot of production out of their starters. Teams with deep benches could hurt the Spurs.
