What if the Miami Heat had kept all of their draft picks?

The Heat have a great combo of Dwayne Wade and Caron Butler that give them a shot at pushing through the tournament. However, other than the defensive presence of Kurt Thomas they are very small. Eddie House has done a great job as the backup point guard in Boston this year, but he hasn't shown that he can be a starting point guard. He is a shooting threat and not a great ball handler. Wade or Butler can handle the ball, but with no inside presence each player would get swarmed any time they attempted to drive to the lane. The two all-stars give them a chance in the tournament but they lack enough talent otherwise to be serious contenders.
