What if the Charlotte Bobcats had kept all of their draft picks?

The Bobcats are at a huge disadvantage because they have only been in the NBA since 2004 and obviously have fewer draft picks than the other teams. Emeka Okafor and Raymond Felton are young players still developing, but have shown signs of potential all-star caliber players the past few years. The other players on this team are decent role players at best and don't offer the Bobcats much of a hope in the tournament.
